1. Acceptance and website purpose
By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms. The website provides general information about Veridock Marine Supply Ltd. and allows users to submit RFQs. Website content is not an offer, binding quotation, guarantee of availability or confirmation of delivery.
2. RFQs and quotations
An RFQ is a request for review. Any quotation is subject to product availability, supplier confirmation, delivery feasibility, access requirements, taxes, charges, payment terms and stated validity. A binding order is formed only under the final written commercial documents accepted by authorized parties.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate vessel, order, company and delivery information.
- Have authority to submit the request and related files.
- Not upload malware, unlawful material, credentials or unnecessary personal information.
- Confirm specifications, substitutions, quantities, delivery instructions and commercial terms before ordering.
4. Service availability
Products, services, ports, delivery times and emergency support may change. Availability outside the stated primary area is confirmed case by case. Regulated services are offered only when applicable requirements and providers are confirmed.
5. Product and supplier information
Descriptions, codes, brands and specifications supplied by customers, manufacturers or third parties must be independently checked for the intended vessel use. Proposed substitutes require the purchaser's explicit approval.
6. Intellectual property
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics and materials available on this site are the intellectual property of Veridock Marine Supply Ltd. unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Operational factors and regulated services
Preparation and delivery depend on supplier availability, traffic, weather, agent instructions, port and terminal security, berth status, vessel schedule and other factors outside website control. Garbage removal, dangerous goods, chemicals, cold-chain handling, customs coordination and other regulated services are available only where the relevant scope, provider and regulatory requirements are formally confirmed.
8. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit automated spam, impersonate another party or use the RFQ form for unlawful purposes.
9. External services and availability
Links to maps, email providers or other services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant provider.
10. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. These terms may be updated when required.
