Accessibility Statement
Our aim is to make the website and RFQ process understandable and usable across devices and input methods.
This statement describes the accessibility features currently implemented on the website. Please contact us if you encounter a barrier.
Our approach
The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, labelled form controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.
RFQ alternatives
If the online RFQ form is difficult to use, use the contact page for the currently published alternative channel. A downloadable XLSX template is also available.
Known limitations
Third-party files supplied by customers, maps and external services may not meet the same accessibility level as the core website.
Feedback
To report an accessibility barrier, use the contact page and identify the page, problem, assistive technology and preferred response method where possible.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility will be reviewed when content, forms or third-party services change. Material issues will be prioritized according to their effect on completing essential tasks.
