Our scope combines product sourcing, order preparation and delivery coordination. Final availability and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.

We source against the ISSA and IMPA catalogues where applicable. Send the catalogue code, description, quantity, preferred brand and substitution rules.

Tools, maintenance consumables, hoses, fittings and engine-room items sourced to description or code.

Housekeeping, linen, hygiene, stationery and accommodation supplies as requested.

G

Galley stores

Kitchen consumables, utensils and food-service items matched to the approved list.

Fresh provision supply

Provision requests reviewed for timing and handling.

Fresh, frozen, chilled and dry items require accurate quantities, quality expectations and delivery timing.

  • Product description, pack size and quantity
  • Brand or origin preference where relevant
  • Dietary, religious or allergen requirements
  • Delivery date, vessel window and receiving contact
  • Temperature or special handling requirement

Handling note

Cold-chain, special diet and regulated-food requirements are accepted only after the requested handling standard and delivery conditions are confirmed.

Technical & spare-parts sourcing

Specific requests need specific references.

Part numbers, equipment details, nameplate photos and technical drawings reduce ambiguity and support a more accurate quotation.

01

Identify

Review manufacturer, model, serial number, part number, drawing and operating context.

02

Source

Check local and extended supplier availability and disclose proposed alternatives.

03

Forward

Coordinate spare-parts forwarding or airport-to-vessel delivery when feasible and confirmed.

Fulfilment & delivery

Prepare the order for a controlled handover.

Each service is subject to available facilities, agreed packing instructions, port access and the appointed agent's coordination.

Last-minute and emergency supply

Urgent requests are reviewed immediately on receipt, but acceptance depends on product availability, supplier hours, access requirements and the vessel window. No fixed emergency response time is promised without written confirmation.

Order consolidation, warehousing and staging

Confirmed goods may be consolidated and staged when facilities are available. The quotation identifies any storage period, handling condition and associated charge.

Picking, packing, palletizing and labelling

Items can be organized by PO, department or delivery instruction. Special labels, pallet configuration and packing requirements must be supplied with the RFQ.

Customs coordination and spare-parts forwarding

Coordination may be arranged with appointed agents or service providers. The customer remains responsible for providing accurate commercial, transport and customs documentation.

Port, on-board and airport-to-vessel delivery

Delivery feasibility is checked against terminal rules, berth, security access, vehicle requirements, agent instructions and timing. On-board handover is performed only where permitted and arranged.

Garbage removal and laundry service

Garbage removal is offered only where the required licence and approved service provider are confirmed. Laundry service is offered only when an operating provider and delivery schedule are available.
